  • Absolutely true. However, speaking as someone who was terribly unhealthy & has now made a lifestyle change (I eat much better & walk 5 miles a day), weight loss does not always happen just because you change your lifestyle.

  • I am stunned at the number of people who think he was jailed "just for playing chess," as you put it. He was jailed for violating US & international sanctions. He was warned by Treasury not to go, he spit on their letter (literally) & went anyway.

  • Yes, what she did was wrong.  However, at least she (unlike Jesse James or Tiger Woods) isn't making excuses.  She's not claiming childhood abuse (Jesse) or sex addiction (Tiger) for what she did.  She acknowledges that having the affair was wrong & says she is sorry for hurting …
